Hotel Policy
Check-in: Check-in is possible after 2:00 PM. If you wish earlier check-in, please contact the Reception desk. We will be happy to offer you early check-in in case the hotel occupancy allows.
Check-out: Check-out is until 12:00 AM. If you wish to leave later, please contact the Reception desk the day before departure. The service requires an additional payment for late check-out.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. Please smoke in designated areas for this purpose.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on site.
Prepayment Guarantee
To guarantee your reservation you need to pay an advance of 30% of the value of the reservation. The amount should be paid by bank transfer or debit / credit card within 5 days after sending the confirmation. The rest of the amount have to be paid up to 7 days before the date of accommodation.
Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before check-in without penalty. For canceled reservations after this period a penalty of 30% of the total amount is due.
